FAQ: Q: Doing plug-in installation but the back-plate won't stay flush? A: That's the ground wire nut on the mounting plate, just drill a matching hole for it and put it into the hole.
Q: Doing plug-in installation but don't know to wire it? A: Check out the installation videos out! Connecting all the wires and then drill it to the wall, wire the ground wire (copper) to the back-plate's green nut (ground wire nut).
